Eggespitz

Eggespitz offers a magnificent view: the Zillertal Alps rise into the deep blue sky, with Weißzint, Großer Möseler, and Turnerkamp competing for attention with their imposing peaks. In autumn, the larches glow like flames across the valley. The Lake Flemm, still marked on some hiking maps, has long silted up and now blends almost invisibly into the Flemm high moor landscape.

Even during peak season, the trail remains pleasantly quiet.

The Zösenberg is located in the hamlet of Zösen in Lappach. This leisurely hike starts on a forest road, passing Zösen Alm and the Lake Flemm. From there, a mountain trail leads up to Eggespitz.
