Waterfall "Schwarzbach"

From the hotel, walk towards the village center and turn left at the intersection. Follow the road until you reach the bar “Sportalm,” where you turn right and then cross a small bridge. Signposts mark the path through the forest leading up to the waterfall. After about half an hour of walking, you will reach this beautiful natural spectacle.
For the way back, follow the asphalt road until you reach the main road. Cross it and walk along the cycle path back to the hotel.
Alternatively, you can also do the waterfall loop. For this, start at the Sportbar in Luttach and hike through green forests along forest trail No. 23. After crossing the stream and taking another junction, the path leads you close to the Schwarzbach Waterfall. Afterwards, the trail first climbs gently and then descends steeply again. Near the Weißenbach road you will see the roaring waterfall. Further down you reach the Schwarzbach Gorge and the lower waterfall. The steep rock walls all around block out almost all the light. You pass through this mysterious gorge, and near Luttach the bright forest welcomes you again.
