Hochfeld Alm

The family-friendly hut is reachable from different starting points. Mr. Jakob Enz serves "Ahrntaler Graukäse" - typical low-fat cheese, home-made bread and alpine pasture butter from own production.

Take the cable car to the Klausberg top station (1,600 m). From there, follow forest trail no. 2 toward the Schwaiger Heights. Continue ascending on trail no. 7 in the direction of the Bärental Valley, passing the Pfärraböden, and then descend to the Hochfeld Alm (1,837 m).
